Boot Camp

Monday thru Thursday 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Saturday 8:30am - 9:30am

4-week sessions:

RAIN or SHINE. Come get your sweat on! There is no better way to stay motivated than to work out with a friend or two.   (bad weather we will be meeting behind the Community Center in Port Allen call me if you need directions.)

Session:   Registration: Print on-line waiver and bring to first class on Monday.  (forms on right side of this page)


Location:
Old Ferry Landing (Court street at River Road on Levee)

4-week session: Monday thru Thursday    5:45pm to 6:45pm and Saturday 8:30am to 9:30am.

Prices:  
5 x's per week $80 per session
4 x's per week $65 per session
3 x's per week $50 per session
2 x's per week $34 per session

or $5.00 per class. 
  
* If paying per class please pay at the beginning of each class.

What you will need: 5lb weights, mat and water.   Water/powerade will be for sale for $1 as well.

About the Trainer: Theresa Nereaux Certified Personal Trainer, CPR certified, and has Bachelors’ degree in Nutrition/Dietetics.

 

 

 

Fitness Assessment
An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. Theresa's fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results.
The Fitness assessment measures:

 

  • Body fat
  • BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • Weight

 

Strength Training
I will guide you through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance. I ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring. I will work with you to achieve maximum results. We will combine weights, cardio, and nutrition to give youoptimum results.

 
Tracking Results
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.

Nutrition Counseling  
This can be done on an individual basis if necessary.  A general guide on caloric intake for weight loss will be provided on the first day of class after assessments.

I will show you techniques to improve strength and endurance for a lifetime. You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.
